The Windchase subdivision is located in Nash County, North Carolina, along the banks of the Tar River reservoir. Windchase is approximately 7 miles east of the I-95 interstate, conveniently located between Rocky Mount and Wilson, and 50 miles east of Raleigh.
In 1988, the Windchase subdivision began to develop waterfront lots. The subdivision contains 74 lots, both water front and non-water front, the majority of which have undergone development.
Windchase also has a 2-acre common area where non-waterfront residents can go to launch their boats from our own private boat ramp and docks. Children can also play on swings and other playground amenities, and residents can hold outdoor picnics.
